PR & Influencers Relation Officer

About the role

The PR & Influencers Relation Officer works closely with global PR, social media teams and external agency partners to develop and execute influencer marketing initiatives that support brand visibility, engagement and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify key influencers and secure partnerships aligned with social, marketing and revenue objectives.
• Develop and implement the influencer marketing strategy, action plan, workflow and promotional assets.
• Manage the influencer marketing budget and ensure ROI through performance tracking.
• Bring influencer and follower insights to communication and marketing teams to tailor campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (social, marketing, creative, merchandise) to improve influencer content strategy.
• Leverage influencer relationships to expand brand presence on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok and explore new partnership channels.
• Monitor program success, report results and recommend improvements.
• Perform any additional tasks requested by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social and influencer marketing, including managing influencer relationships and campaigns.
