PR & Social Media Specialist

About the role

1Pass is seeking a proactive PR & Social Media Specialist to shape the brand voice of its fitness and wellness platform in Saudi Arabia. You will create bilingual content, manage social channels, and support PR initiatives that drive engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X accounts, publishing daily content.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business objectives.
• Produce engaging Arabic and English copy for the Saudi audience.
• Collaborate with designers, creators, influencers and the broader marketing team.
• Identify trends and translate them into relevant content opportunities.
• Support PR campaigns, announcements, partnerships, events and media activations.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers and partners.
• Prepare bilingual press releases, pitches and communication materials.
• Monitor performance metrics, brand mentions, competitor activity and industry trends.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, brainstorming, copy improvement and data analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PR, social media, communications or digital marketing.
• Fluent Arabic and English with strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Deep understanding of Saudi culture and the local social media landscape.
• Creative, organized, proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working remotely within a fast‑moving team.
