About the Role

Join an elite, high-end private gymnasium in the heart of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Gym Manager & Personal Trainer to deliver exceptional fitness experiences, foster long-term client relationships, and drive the overall growth of our premium facility.

Main Missions

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to understand and define client fitness goals.
• Design, implement, and manage highly personalized training programs.
• Ensure client safety and optimal exercise technique during all sessions.
• Monitor progress meticulously and adjust programs to ensure continuous results.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction.
• Provide expert lifestyle and wellness coaching to support holistic health.
• Drive business growth through active client acquisition and membership sales initiatives.
• Participate in marketing activities and community outreach to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain a pristine, professional, and high-standard training environment.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field (preferred).
• 0 to 2 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching.
• Proven sales mindset with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and deeply customer-centric attitude.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
