Presales Consultant – Office Furniture Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused Presales Consultant to support our sales team with office furniture solutions. You will develop workspace concepts, prepare proposals, conduct site surveys and ensure both technical and commercial requirements are met for a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients, conduct site surveys, and design workspace solutions that align with budget and operational needs.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, tender/RFP responses, cost estimates and solution presentations.
• Deliver customer presentations, product demos and solution workshops, acting as a trusted advisor on workspace planning.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, procurement, logistics and installation teams to secure specifications, quotations and lead times.
• Stay updated on office‑furniture trends, ergonomic standards, sustainability requirements and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, engineering, business administration or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in office furniture, workspace solutions, fit‑out or related industries.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; experience with government tenders and large enterprise projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of Saudi procurement and tendering practices and exposure to international office‑furniture brands.

Required skills

• Office furniture product knowledge and space‑planning expertise.
• BOQ preparation, cost estimation and tender/RFP response preparation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp, CET Designer, Revit and Power BI.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic project‑management understanding and awareness of ergonomic and sustainability standards.
