Presales Engineering Team Leader

About the role

Check Point is looking for a Presales Engineering Team Leader to build and lead a high‑performing sales engineering team. The role combines deep cybersecurity expertise with leadership to drive revenue and support customers in their AI‑driven digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, coach and motivate a team of IT security engineers to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Develop and execute technical sales strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with sales representatives to identify new opportunities and tailor Check Point solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, IT or related field (MBA a plus).
• Proven leadership experience in a presales or sales engineering environment.
• Ability to stay calm and adapt in a fast‑changing cybersecurity landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IT security products and services.
• Experience with Cloud and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technologies.
• Familiarity with Check Point security solutions.
