Pricing Supervisor (RCM)

About the role

We are seeking a Pricing Supervisor (RCM) to join our team in Khobar. The role focuses on managing and optimizing pricing strategies within the health sector, ensuring accurate and compliant pricing structures that support the organization’s revenue cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update pricing models and guidelines for medical services and products.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance and operations teams to gather data and align pricing with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and competitor pricing to recommend adjustments.
• Support revenue cycle management by ensuring pricing accuracy throughout billing and reimbursement processes.
• Prepare regular pricing performance reports and present insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Demonstrated experience working in the health field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
