Principal Supply Chain Project Analyst

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Project Analyst to lead large, moderately complex supply chain projects across Saudi Arabia. You will apply advanced analytical expertise to design, implement and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain solutions that support the company’s mission of improving healthcare access.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic supply chain analysis to identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement supply chain models, strategies and processes.
• Coordinate material and information flows across suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers.
• Manage sourcing, ordering and delivery of raw materials, components and finished goods.
• Lead demand planning, volume forecasting and master‑scheduling activities.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members and influence stakeholder decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree), preferably in top‑tier consulting or complex corporate environments.
• Deep expertise in a specialty area such as data analytics, supply chain, operations or business transformation.
• Proven ability to manage projects autonomously and travel extensively (60‑70% of the time).
