Principal Technical Deployment Strategist (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, who act as customer-facing advisors defining AI strategy and shaping agentic solutions for enterprise customers. Engagements are focused and time-bound, typically 12 weeks or less, and may cover a single account or several customers at once. The role requires fluent Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the full lifecycle (identify, commit, deploy, consume), owning outcomes at every stage
• Define the customer's Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, lead design workshops and agent design sessions, and architect solutions across Salesforce's agentic AI platform, Data Cloud and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance
• Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation and progress reporting
• Own adoption, consumption and expansion metrics, identify blockers early and drive value realisation
• Partner with the Forward Deployed Engineers and keep the team aligned and on track
• Develop customer solutions using AI-supported tools such as Cursor, Claude and Vibes
• Act as the primary customer contact, presenting proposals and outcomes in business value terms, and assess customer readiness for AI adoption
• Turn field insights into product feedback for the Agentic AI platform roadmap

Required profile

• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services or technical advisory)
• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous engagements end-to-end
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed

Required skills

• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform, Agentic AI and Data Cloud
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java or Apex
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design and responsible AI practices
• Strong project and programme management skills
• Business-level proficiency in Arabic and English

Preferred: experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce and CRM; regulated industry deployments; Salesforce or similar platform certifications; change management background; NLP, RAG and model evaluation experience.
