Printer Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

Printone is seeking a skilled Printer Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of printers and multifunction devices for its customers in Saudi Arabia. The role involves on‑site service, ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair printer hardware and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of printers.
• Install, configure, and test printers at customer locations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Maintain service records and prepare technical reports when required.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding service requirements.
• Replace faulty parts and ensure equipment operates according to manufacturer standards.
• Follow company safety procedures and service quality standards.
• Provide basic user guidance and operational support to customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in printer maintenance and repair.
• Good knowledge of printer diagnostics, servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical manuals and perform fault diagnosis.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Saudi driving license is an advantage.
• Saudi experience preferred but not mandatory.
