Process Control System Engineer

About the role

The PCS 7 Engineer will design, develop, implement, test, commission and maintain Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7 Process Control Systems. The role covers software engineering, HMI development, system integration and full project lifecycle activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and configure Siemens PCS 7 control applications, including CFC, CMT, SFC, alarms and interlocks.
• Design and maintain WinCC HMI/SCADA graphics, trends, reports and operator interfaces.
• Program SIMATIC S7 PLCs (S7‑400H, S7‑410H, ET200 series) and support system architecture and network design.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as FDS, SDS, I/O lists, FAT/SAT procedures and commissioning reports.
• Execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), perform site commissioning, startup and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics or Automation Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with PCS 7, WinCC and SIMATIC S7 platforms, as well as safety systems (ESD/SIS).
• Experience in FAT, SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting and project documentation.
