Process Manager

About the role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Process Manager to lead the design and optimisation of treatment processes in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring that all process designs meet client requirements, technical specifications, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review Employer's Requirements, Technical Specifications, Contract documents and Design Basis.
• Establish and review the Process Design Basis (PDB).
• Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Perform mass balance, water balance, hydraulic profile, chemical balance and process calculations.
• Size equipment, tanks, pumps and membrane systems, and calculate chemical dosing, sludge generation, air requirements and energy consumption.
• Define process design criteria for each treatment unit and review performance guarantees.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Required profile

• At least one month of relevant experience in process design or engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
