Procurement Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Procurement Coordinator to join a leading Saudi restaurant chain in Riyadh. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end purchasing, ensuring that food, packaging and operational supplies flow smoothly from suppliers to our branches while maintaining accurate ERP data.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, track and close purchase orders with local suppliers across food, packaging and operational categories.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, verify quantities, pricing and lead times for each procurement cycle.
• Maintain and update the supplier master in the ERP system, including vendor data, pricing, payment terms and performance records.
• Monitor inventory levels with the warehouse team, applying FIFO discipline across SKUs.
• Prepare monthly procurement reports covering spend by category, price variance and supplier performance.
• Support sourcing initiatives and participate in negotiations for operational and recurring contracts.
• Liaise with operations, accounts payable and warehousing to ensure uninterrupted supply across all branches.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on procurement experience, preferably in the food & beverage or restaurant sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience using an ERP system (Oracle, SAP, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of FIFO, cold‑chain basics and food procurement workflows.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
