Procurement Coordinator

About the role

The Procurement Coordinator will support Azure’s Procurement Department by managing the purchase of goods and services needed for the company’s residential compounds and corporate operations across Saudi Arabia. The role handles purchase requests, obtains quotations, issues purchase orders, follows up with suppliers and ensures timely delivery while complying with company policies, quality standards and budget limits.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
• Source quotations from approved suppliers and prepare commercial comparisons.
• Create and issue purchase orders in line with Azure’s procurement policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to confirm requirements and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Track purchase orders and resolve routine procurement and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier files and purchasing documentation.
• Support evaluation and onboarding of new suppliers and keep the approved supplier database up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoices, payment documentation and purchase records.
• Prepare procurement reports and purchasing data as requested by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational abilities.
• Good communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
