Procurement Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end procurement activities, from defining requirements through contract award and handover, ensuring robust governance and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop procurement and sourcing plans and lead preparation of EOI, PQQ and RFP documentation.
• Manage tender schedules, bidder communications, clarification responses and evaluation activities.
• Oversee technical and commercial assessments, prepare award recommendations and approval papers.
• Lead contract formation, mobilisation activities and maintain procurement trackers, approval logs and audit trails.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement delivery experience with proven end‑to‑end project management.
• Strong ability to coordinate activities across stakeholders and ensure compliance with governance standards.
