Procurement Governance & Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Governance & Reporting Specialist will strengthen transparency and accountability of procurement activities at Qiddiya Investment Company. You will design governance frameworks, build reporting tools, and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain procurement governance policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage reporting dashboards and tools for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Prepare regular performance, compliance, and risk reports for senior management.
• Support audits, monitor compliance, and help mitigate procurement‑related risks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, deliver training, and promote a culture of governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement governance, compliance or reporting within a large organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
