Procurement Manager

About the role

Esnad Contracting is seeking a full‑time Procurement Manager to lead all purchasing activities for its road and bridge projects in Riyadh. The role is on‑site and focuses on securing high‑quality goods and services while supporting the company’s Vision 2030 objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers that meet technical and quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve cost‑effective agreements.
• Monitor market trends and develop procurement strategies aligned with project budgets.
• Ensure timely acquisition of materials, equipment and services for construction sites.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, Saudi procurement regulations and industry standards.
• Manage vendor relationships to guarantee performance, delivery schedules and quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, supplier evaluation and contract management, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical abilities to manage budgets, forecast costs and assess market dynamics.
• Demonstrated track record in supply‑chain management and vendor relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian procurement regulations is an advantage.
