Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead all procurement activities for construction and MEP projects, ensuring the timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strategic relationships.
• Coordinate procurement needs with project, engineering, and finance teams.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of materials and services to support project schedules.
• Control procurement costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
• Manage procurement risks and mitigate supply‑chain disruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and contracting companies, with at least 5 years in a managerial procurement role.
• Core competencies: leadership, communication, negotiation, problem solving, commercial and financial awareness, project coordination.
