About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing and purchasing activities for Radisson Hotel Group, ensuring high‑quality products and services while supporting guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement department, maintaining financial process control in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to source quality products, address enquiries, and resolve problems promptly.
• Develop and implement business strategies, communicate objectives, and report performance accurately and timely.
• Manage the purchasing budget, ensuring controls, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Review purchasing performance and practices, providing recommendations to enhance financial results and add value.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, conduct due‑diligence activities, and support internal and external audits.
