Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement governance across our retail, manufacturing, and e‑commerce operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will drive spend optimization and ensure compliance throughout the Procure‑to‑Pay process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management initiatives.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and deliver measurable cost savings.
• Manage supplier performance, procurement compliance, and governance.
• Lead the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) process using ERP systems.
• Analyze spend data and drive procurement efficiency across the business.

Required profile

• 8+ years of procurement experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven record of delivering procurement savings and managing strategic suppliers.
• Experience with ERP procurement systems such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, or Odoo.
• Background in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Beauty, or Cosmetics is preferred.
• CIPS/MCIPS certification is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
