Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead procurement activities for a logistics company, ensuring cost‑effective purchasing, reliable supplier relationships, and timely availability of goods and services. This role requires developing strategies aligned with business needs and collaborating closely with operations, finance, and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage purchasing of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and operational requirements.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, costs, and delivery timelines.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure procurement policy compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably within logistics or supply chain.
• Strong supplier network and negotiation skills.
• Experience in cost control, vendor management, and purchasing operations.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Saudi market experience preferred.
