Procurement Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

KBR-AMCDE is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead its procurement team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on ensuring timely, cost‑effective sourcing of goods and services while complying with Saudi regulations and supporting Saudization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily procurement activities, including material requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate the development and review of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and Non‑Material Requirements (NMRs) with engineering and project teams.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to guarantee accurate processing of procurement requests.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and achieve cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi procurement laws, company policies, and Saudization initiatives.
• Monitor procurement budgets, man‑hours, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, preferably in oil & gas or large‑scale engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi local market procurement procedures and regulations.
• Proven ability to lead a procurement team and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with budget control and cost‑optimization.
