About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Officer to join our accounting team in Jeddah. The role is essential for acquiring goods and services that keep our operations running smoothly and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews and resolve issues.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and assess capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies and keep accurate audit‑ready records.
• Monitor procurement metrics, identify improvement areas and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Assist in budgeting for procurement activities and align spend with financial targets.
• Provide training and guidance to junior procurement staff.
