Procurement Officer (Saudi National)

About the role

BanoPuratos, a fast‑growing joint‑venture in the Middle East, is looking for a Procurement Officer based in Riyadh. The role supports the Procurement Manager in delivering value‑for‑money purchases, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring smooth import and customs processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Procurement Manager in developing and executing the department’s strategic plan.
• Prepare and submit stock analysis reports, incorporating sales feedback and inventory movements.
• Review requisitions, issue purchase orders, and manage related procurement documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, prevent gaps, and generate daily procurement cycle reports.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date supplier database and coordinate insurance for incoming shipments.
• Enter special orders into the ERP system and provide customers with Certificates of Analysis and Technical Data Sheets upon request.
• Review customs paperwork, liaise with shipping agencies, and resolve discrepancies to avoid demurrage fees.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in stock management or purchasing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of procurement cycles, policies, and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
