Procurement Representative

About the role

Wild&Org is a fast‑growing Grab&Go café focused on healthy, ready‑made meals. We are looking for a Procurement Representative to manage the sourcing and purchasing of food, beverages, packaging and operational supplies, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and secure contracts with suppliers for the best quality, price and delivery terms.
• Create and process purchase orders, monitor deliveries and coordinate with kitchen and café teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases and purchase documentation.
• Compare quotations, identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with Finance on invoices, payments and reconciliations.
• Monitor market trends and explore new products or suppliers that add value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English.
