About the role
The Procurement Specialist will manage purchasing activities within our ERP system, ensuring timely execution of orders, optimal pricing, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. This role supports the global supply chain and works closely with logistics, warehouse, and sourcing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Execute ERP purchasing signals promptly and maintain accurate ERP data.
- Support purchasing automation initiatives and quote suppliers to secure best pricing and high IKTVA scores.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and proper payment.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to arrange shipments and resolve cargo issues.
- Engage with global supply chain and local sourcing managers to follow best practices.
- Assist other departments with their procurement needs and continuously improve departmental KPIs.
- Ensure HSE compliance for self and suppliers and adhere to all company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
- Experience in the oil and gas sector is a plus.
- Proven ability to work with ERP systems, particularly ARM ERP.
