Procurement Specialist

About the role

Enso Arabia is looking for a Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing, purchasing and supplier coordination across its projects and operations. The role ensures timely acquisition of materials and services while maintaining cost efficiency, quality standards and strong supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders and related procurement documentation.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors to secure best value.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement requirements and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality and contractual compliance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases and purchasing reports.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and services.
• Resolve supply‑chain, delivery and vendor issues as they arise.
• Support contract preparation, renewal and vendor agreements.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct market research to discover new suppliers and procurement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong negotiation and supplier‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
