Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join the Procurement & Contracts department of Tibah Airports Operation Co., the operator of Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah. The role will manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities, source qualified suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct vendor registration and pre‑qualification in line with company processes.
• Perform market sweeps to create shortlists of qualified suppliers that meet specification requirements.
• Manage the full procurement cycle, including preparation, issuance and processing of Purchase Orders (POs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and related documents.
• Monitor delivery of goods and services to internal departments, ensuring timelines, quality standards and budget limits are met.
• Identify deviations from procurement plans, report them and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support the drafting and review of procurement contracts, ensuring alignment with internal policies, local regulations and international standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in the Oracle ERP system and prepare supplier performance reports.
• Provide periodic procurement dashboards and KPI reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, vendor management or supply chain within a regulated environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance in aviation or similar sectors.
