Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Specialist to join Hashi Basha Holding Co., a leading restaurant and food manufacturing group in Saudi Arabia. The role will support the company’s purchasing activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while adhering to cost‑effective and compliant procurement practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day procurement processes in line with company policies and approval procedures.
• Source, evaluate and communicate with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations and favourable purchasing terms.
• Prepare purchase orders, track approvals, deliveries and maintain required documentation.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and service conditions with vendors.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, quotations and related reports.
• Monitor supplier performance and contribute to long‑term vendor relationship development.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoices, payments and supporting documents.
• Support cost‑saving initiatives and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
