Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will support the supply chain function by managing purchasing activities through the ARM ERP system, ensuring timely delivery, optimal pricing, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute ERP purchasing signals promptly and maintain accurate ERP data.
• Support purchasing automation initiatives and manage supplier quotations to achieve the best pricing and maximum IKTVA score.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to arrange shipments and resolve cargo issues.
• Collaborate with global supply chain, local sourcing managers, and internal departments to follow best practices and improve departmental KPIs.
• Ensure suppliers meet delivery schedules and are paid correctly.
• Maintain HSE compliance for yourself and suppliers and adhere to all company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role.
• Proven procurement experience and heavy use of the ARM ERP system.
• Experience in the oil and gas sector is a plus.
