About the role
We are seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to manage daily purchasing activities in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will act as the main liaison between our internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring a smooth flow of goods and services.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily procurement and purchasing operations.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and conduct price comparisons.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
- Prepare and follow up on purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market prices and identify suitable suppliers.
Required profile
- Fluent in Chinese and Arabic; English is a plus.
- 3‑5 years of experience in procurement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
- Responsible, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with the Saudi market and local suppliers is an advantage.
