Procurement Specialist

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Develop sourcing plans for new local vendors, evaluate quotations, and negotiate to achieve target pricing.
- Visit suppliers, maintain strong supplier relationships, and negotiate optimal payment terms, delivery schedules, pricing, and service conditions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Production, Engineering, and Maintenance, to identify MRO material specifications, confirm requirements, and prioritize procurement requests.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Data analysis skills.
