Procurement Specialist

About the role

Support Lines is hiring a Procurement Specialist in Dammam or Riyadh for a full-time, one-shift position. The specialist executes purchasing activities so that materials and services are available according to quality, cost and delivery standards, manages supplier relationships, monitors contracts and ensures compliance with procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify procurement needs from different departments and ensure timely availability of materials and services
• Research, evaluate and negotiate with potential suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms
• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), analyse bids and select the most suitable suppliers
• Create and manage purchase orders and follow up until goods or services are received
• Ensure all purchasing complies with company policies and standards
• Prepare periodic reports on purchase orders, supplier performance and inventory levels
• Coordinate with the finance department to process invoices and supplier payments
• Build long-term supplier relationships and improve procurement processes

Required profile

• Only Saudi nationals
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain
• Experience dealing with local and international suppliers
• Experience preparing and managing purchase orders and contracts
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred
