Procurement Specialist – Manpower & Labor Services

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end sourcing of manpower and labor services across the Middle East. The role involves assessing needs, negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery aligns with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for manpower and labor services, from needs assessment to contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international labor service providers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Analyze market trends and cost structures to develop sourcing strategies that optimise costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with operational requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct evaluations and drive continuous improvement to ensure compliance and risk control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in manpower and labor services.
• Knowledge of labour regulations and the labour services market in the Middle East.
• Strong analytical, project management and cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
