Procurement Support Engineer (VIE) – Riyadh

About the role

RATP Dev, through its subsidiary CAMCO, is looking for a VIE Procurement Support Engineer to assist the Internalization Manager in bringing maintenance of Riyadh Metro assets in‑house. Based in Riyadh, you will work closely with maintenance, engineering and logistics teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and preliminarily qualify potential vendors.
• Maintain and update the vendor database with technical data, certifications and lead times.
• Analyse material needs using a risk‑based approach, including obsolescence tracking.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Support logistics teams with customs and import documentation.
• Update procurement trackers and tools (ERP, CMMS, Excel) with delivery status.
• Participate in coordination meetings with Maintenance, Engineering and Logistics to consolidate needs.
• Prepare basic procurement reports, dashboards and documentation for process improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s or Engineering degree in Supply Chain, Risk Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience (academic projects, internships) in railway or industrial projects (metro, tram, rolling stock, infrastructure).
• Exposure to procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain activities in industrial or OEM environments.
• Eligibility for a VIE assignment (18‑28 years old, French or EEA nationality, clean criminal record, 100% dedication).
