Procurement Transformation Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Transformation Specialist will support Zamil Air Conditioners in driving procurement transformation initiatives. The role focuses on process improvement, standardisation, digitalisation, data analysis and governance to increase efficiency, transparency and value across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify procurement inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
• Map, document and standardise procurement workflows and procedures.
• Coordinate transformation initiatives, timelines and implementation actions.
• Maintain trackers, action logs and progress reports.
• Support workshops, testing sessions and rollout activities for system and process changes.
• Assist with digitalisation projects and ERP/system enhancements.
• Prepare, validate and report procurement analytics and dashboard data.
• Maintain templates, guidelines and governance documentation.
• Monitor compliance trends, highlight gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on progress, KPIs and improvement outcomes.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT, planning and operations to ensure smooth change implementation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, supply‑chain improvement, process excellence, procurement systems or transformation roles.
• Experience with procurement processes, digital tools, ERP systems and transformation projects.
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
• Strong command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, procurement or digital transformation) are a plus.
