Procurement Vendor Manager – Workforce Staffing (Saudi National)

About the role

The Procurement Vendor Manager – Workforce Staffing will own the end‑to‑end relationship with third‑party staffing vendors, ensuring a reliable supply of contingent and outsourced talent for Amazon operations in Saudi Arabia. This position requires strong vendor management, compliance oversight, and data‑driven decision‑making to meet hiring targets while controlling costs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with workforce staffing vendors, acting as the primary relationship owner.
• Conduct regular business reviews, evaluate performance against SLAs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate staffing plans with Workforce Ops and oversee fulfillment processes to guarantee timely workforce delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (WFS, PxT, Operations, Procurement, Compliance) to meet KPIs such as quality of hire, fill rates, cost efficiency, and attrition goals.
• Ensure vendor compliance with local labor laws, ethical recruitment standards, and Amazon policies.
• Monitor contracts, health & safety requirements, and promote fair‑wage, no‑fee recruitment practices.
• Track, analyze, and report vendor performance metrics, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of employee and performance management experience.
• At least 3 years of supply‑chain or procurement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Demonstrated experience in supplier or vendor relationship management.
