Product Designer (Chatbot)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer specialized in chatbots to join a collaborative product team building a sophisticated Web SaaS CRM platform. The role is ideal for a product‑minded designer who enjoys discovery, solving complex problems, and turning ambiguity into scalable user experiences across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end product design process, from discovery and problem definition through ideation, validation, prototyping, and final delivery.
• Design scalable user experiences for dashboards, administration panels, workflow management, configuration interfaces, role‑based permissions, and multi‑step journeys.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, reusable product patterns that support diverse organizations and operational scenarios.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate decisions.
• Develop hypotheses, build interactive prototypes, analyze product analytics, and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Contribute to and expand the design system, creating scalable components and maintaining consistency across the product ecosystem.
• Provide design documentation and implementation support while exploring AI‑powered tools and modern prototyping techniques.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, preferably in SaaS, B2B, CRM, enterprise software, or workflow‑driven products.
• Proven ability to lead product discovery, frame ambiguous problems, generate hypotheses, and shape product direction before detailed design.
• Strong systems‑thinking mindset with experience designing for complex user roles, permissions, workflows, and configurable business processes.
• Expertise in designing sophisticated interfaces such as dashboards, data tables, administrative tools, and configuration flows.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
