Product Designer

About the role

Almosafer is looking for a Product Designer to shape the digital consumer travel experience. You will work with engineers, product managers and fellow designers to create seamless booking and travel‑management experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, behaviors and pain points, turning them into clear problem statements and opportunity briefs.
• Lead discovery activities such as user interviews, surveys and usability tests to validate insights.
• Collaborate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team to deliver solutions that meet business goals, technical constraints and platform requirements.
• Translate opportunities into elegant, intuitive experiences that add value for users and the business.
• Rapidly produce concepts and prototypes, iterating based on feedback and testing.
• Run experiments to validate assumptions and continuously optimise designs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of product design experience in a consumer‑focused organization with a proven record of shipped mobile and web products.
• Strong understanding of product strategy and business requirements, with a focus on solving customer pain points.
• Design‑thinking mindset and problem‑solving orientation, consistently seeking deep insight into users and business challenges.
