Product Developer – Gift Products

About the role

We are looking for a creative Product Developer to design innovative gift solutions that reflect our brand identity. You will translate market trends and customer insights into tangible products for a variety of occasions, from weddings to holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Generate original gift concepts such as boxes, bouquets, and bundles.
• Research market trends and incorporate findings into new product ideas.
• Design products tailored to specific occasions (weddings, birthdays, holidays, etc.).
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Select materials, packaging, and accessories that meet brand standards.
• Iterate and improve existing products based on feedback and sales data.
• Prepare samples and prototypes for upcoming launches.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in product development, floral design, or the gifting industry.
• Strong visual and creative sense with an eye for detail.
• Ability to turn abstract ideas into physical products.
• High attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of color theory.
• Understanding of packaging design principles.
