Product Development Specialist

About the role

ACOUSTIEG is seeking a Product Development Specialist to drive the creation of new construction and material‑based products in partnership with local manufacturers across Saudi Arabia. You will work hands‑on with factories such as gypsum, coatings, and building‑material producers to turn concepts into market‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Saudi manufacturers to co‑develop material‑based products for the local market.
• Lead product development activities, including formulation, prototyping, and refinement.
• Translate technical performance requirements into manufacturable specifications.
• Coordinate laboratory testing and validation with approved facilities.
• Manage development timelines from concept through final approval.
• Prepare technical documentation, data sheets, and product specifications.
• Support product readiness for projects and market applications.
• Act as the technical interface between manufacturers, laboratories, and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in product development, materials development, or manufacturing‑related roles.
• Hands‑on experience working in factory or production environments.
• Strong understanding of material‑based product development cycles.
• Experience coordinating testing, validation, and technical documentation.
