Product Manager – AI Recruitment Platform (Remote, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Next Match AI LLC is seeking a Product Manager to lead the localized roadmap of its AI‑driven recruitment platform for the Saudi market. Working remotely from Saudi Arabia, you will translate market trends into technical specifications and guide the evolution of high‑security Digital ID Check portals and machine‑learning pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap for the commercial software stack across the GCC.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and optimize implementation workflows for the core HR API, ensuring seamless integration with client HRIS and ATS solutions.
• Partner with legal and technical teams to embed SDAIA and Saudi data‑residency compliance into every release.
• Analyze platform metrics, user engagement and conversion funnels to continuously improve the matching engine.
• Produce detailed PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, bridging business needs with technical execution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure or HR‑tech.
• Professional fluency in English for cross‑hub collaboration.
• Proven experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments using Jira or Confluence.

Required skills

• API design and development.
• Cloud‑based API frameworks, webhooks and data‑compliance concepts.
• Jira and Confluence for agile project tracking.
