Product Manager – ERP & Government Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for our ERP and government‑focused solutions in Saudi Arabia. You will bridge business objectives with technology, ensuring high‑quality delivery that meets market demands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead product discovery activities such as market analysis, stakeholder interviews and competitive research.
• Translate business strategy into prioritized initiatives and detailed requirements.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear, value‑driven feature definitions.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, developers, UX designers and QA teams to deliver successful releases.
• Make data‑driven decisions to optimise product performance and customer experience.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, provide regular updates and manage expectations.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with policies, governance and regulatory requirements, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of product management or business analysis experience, preferably with ERP and government projects.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap planning and value‑driven prioritisation.
• Proven ability to work with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Saudi Arabia; Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply.
