Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead a core area of a sophisticated B2B SaaS platform used by revenue and marketing teams worldwide. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to shape product strategy from discovery through long‑term evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a core product area across the full product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, delivery, optimisation and long‑term strategy.
• Define and execute product road‑maps that balance customer needs, business priorities and technical constraints.
• Translate workflows, customer feedback, market insights and data into clear product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales and Marketing to deliver intuitive, high‑quality, scalable experiences.
• Establish success metrics, monitor performance and drive data‑informed prioritisation and iteration.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure effective product positioning, adoption and impact.
• Make strategic trade‑offs in complex enterprise environments and champion usability and quality.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing complex B2B SaaS products with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Proven product management expertise in roadmap development, prioritisation, customer discovery and strategy.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing automation solutions.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or platform‑based products.
