Product Manager – Shipper Experience (Digital Logistics)

About the role

The Product Manager will own the shipper experience on Madar, a Saudi digital logistics platform. You will guide the product journey from shipment creation and carrier matching to tracking, documentation, and payment, collaborating with product, technology, operations, and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the shipper‑experience product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct shipper interviews, market and competitor analysis, problem validation, and hypothesis testing.
• Set problem statements, success metrics, and product direction for shipment and tracking challenges.
• Build business cases, assess impact, risks, and trade‑offs.
• Analyse user behaviour, funnel performance, and operational data to boost activation, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with commercial, business development, operations, finance, technology, and product teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new shipper accounts by aligning product capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 3‑4 years of product management experience, preferably in logistics, supply‑chain technology, marketplaces, SaaS or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of owning products end‑to‑end from discovery to execution with engineering teams.
• Experience in high‑ambiguity, 0‑to‑1 or complex growth initiatives.
• Strong data‑driven decision making, user research, and experimentation skills.
• Excellent communication, problem‑framing, and influence abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic fluency and a master’s degree are a plus.
