Product Manager - Ubuntu

About the role

Canonical is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of Ubuntu, its flagship open‑source operating system. You will work with a globally distributed team to define vision, prioritize features, and deliver high‑quality solutions that meet the needs of enterprise customers in cloud, AI, IoT and more.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for Ubuntu‑related offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to prioritize work and ensure timely delivery.
• Gather market and customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Track product performance and iterate based on feedback.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for open‑source software and technology trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed environment.
