About the role
Shaffra is seeking a dynamic Product Owner / Project Manager to lead the development of its AI trainer product. You will act as the bridge between sales, product, and delivery teams, ensuring smooth handovers and clear communication of client requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate leads, prospects, and client opportunities together with the sales team.
- Track follow‑ups, proposals, meeting actions, and next steps in a structured manner.
- Capture client requirements and translate them into clear internal notes for the delivery team.
- Maintain sales records, project trackers, timelines, and related documentation.
- Organise client meetings, demos, discovery calls, and subsequent follow‑up tasks.
- Provide management with visibility on opportunities, blockers, and priorities.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Proactive attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, and technology‑focused client work.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
