Product Owner – Retail Banking (Cards & Mortgage)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategy and delivery of our retail banking products, focusing on credit/debit cards and mortgage/loan solutions. The role will shape the product roadmap, translate business needs into actionable user stories, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to bring customer‑centric digital banking experiences to market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for Cards and Mortgage products.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams to deliver digital banking initiatives.
• Drive product enhancements, process improvements, and initiatives that elevate the customer experience.
• Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory, risk, and operational standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong domain expertise in retail banking, credit cards, debit cards, mortgages, home loans, and other lending products.
• Hands‑on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and requirement‑gathering abilities.
• Experience with digital banking and customer‑facing platforms is preferred.
• Immediate availability is required.
