Product Repair & Modification Technician – Structures

About the role

Boeing Saudi Arabia is seeking a Product Repair & Modification Technician – Structures to join the on‑site F‑15 modification team supporting RSAF F‑15SA aircraft in Dhahran. You will work with engineering drawings and Technical Orders to perform structural upgrades on one of the world’s most operationally tasked fighters.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, and structurally modify aerospace vehicle components according to approved change documentation.
• Configure aircraft and test equipment for modification and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems to isolate structural faults and execute repairs within regulatory guidelines.
• Perform validation and verification testing of modified systems and components.
• Document procedures, record work accurately, and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Inspect repaired components to verify flight‑worthiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical/structural experience in a production or MRO environment.
• At least 1 year supporting military aircraft modifications.
• Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical data.
• Strong communication, organizational skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
