Product Specialist – Medical Device

About the role

Kinetic is recruiting for a leading medical‑device company seeking a Product Specialist to be based in Riyadh. The role focuses on providing technical product information, training, and on‑site support for in‑vitro diagnostic (IVD) solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical product updates, application support, troubleshooting and on‑site activities.
• Deliver theoretical and practical training to partners and stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for quality and performance issue resolution.
• Support implementation of assigned products within the region and define KPIs for client service.
• Maintain internal communication channels with documentation for distributors and partners.
• Assist in marketing plan execution for the products in the region.
• Stay current on best practices, technical updates, application strategies and corporate projects.

Required profile

• Degree in a scientific, technical or biomedical field.
• Technical background with 3–5 years of IVD experience.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
