Product Support Specialist

About the role

The Product Support Specialist will grow after‑sales revenue by promoting and selling genuine parts, service solutions and maintenance contracts to customers across Saudi Arabia. The role generates new business, maintains strong customer relationships and provides field support to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual targets for parts sales, service contracts and total after‑sales revenue.
• Execute structured weekly/monthly customer visit plans across the assigned territory and maintain up‑to‑date visit reports and opportunity pipelines in the CRM.
• Identify and prospect new fleets, workshops, contractors and logistics operators across Saudi Arabia, building a sales funnel of potential customers.
• Submit weekly sales reports, visit summaries and forecasts, ensuring accurate CRM entries and compliance with company reporting policies.
• Coordinate with service centres in Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah and other branches to provide quotations, repair estimates and parts pricing, and work with inventory on stock availability.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma degree or equivalent.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in after‑sales, field sales or parts/service sales within Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• CRM (customer relationship management) usage.
